By accessing or using Nexus AI Tools ("the Service") at tool.uselaam.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Nexus AI Tools provides online tools for processing PDF files, images, and documents. Our services include but are not limited to: merging PDFs, splitting PDFs, compressing PDFs, converting file formats, removing image backgrounds, and extracting text from images.

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described on our Pricing page.

3. Your Files and Content

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any files you upload
You grant us a temporary, limited licence to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service
All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any files you upload

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Process files containing illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
Use automated scripts or bots to access our Service without permission
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan users are limited to:

3 file conversions per day
Maximum file size of 25 MB per file
Standard processing speed (may be slower during peak times)

We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS AI TOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email (for registered users) or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
